Hello Bearlakers, As a quick follow-up: Attached is a white paper that State Lands had recently released, but we were not aware of it or I would have included it initially. It may shed a little more light on HB333 and the connection to the CMP. Also here's a couple of links to the Rule that provides for Management Plans on Bear Lake and to the CMP itself.
