Mental Health First Aid Mental Health First Aid is a FREE course you can take to become a certified Mental Health First Aider in just one day. This class is for individuals ages 18 and over to learn how to help other adults that are struggling with mental health issues.  As you take this course, you will learn how to recognize someone is struggling and gain specific skills for how to help them, including the ALGEE action plan. Friday Night Out Come enjoy free a night out, a fun couple’s activity, and a free dinner! Spend time with one another, stress free, and gain skills to improve the health of your relationship. Positive Parenting  Empower your parenting with this FREE parenting class! Caregivers will develop positive parenting skills and problem- solving techniques. You’ll have the opportunity to connect with other caregivers and be able to ask questions about parenting. Wednesdays starting March 20th and going until May 15th from 6:00-7:30PM.
