Despite all this grim data it has been a pretty good summer for Bear Lake water level. We peaked at about 5919.3 feet and have dropped the 'average' 4 feet during the summer. The graph below suggests that that water drop is maybe leveling off as we move into the fall.
The National Weather Service Climate Prediction Center forecast is for above average temperatures and average precipitation for our area through October. |
