The meeting was called to
order a little late. Four board members
were present. Nobody from the public was
present. The board approved last months
minutes.
There were some issues getting paperwork for the auditor so
a new policy for the paperwork is more easily accessible. There was a discussion
about obtaining free dirt but paying for trucking to get it to the annex
lot would be required. Randall also
spoke to the people over the marina expansion about being willing to deliver
the dredge dirt to the lot. Randall
would like to widen the entrance to the lot so that large trucks could turn
into the lot easier. The cost would be
around $5000, including the cost of the culvert. The board approved the request.
The documentation for the new brush truck purchase was
turned in for the TRT grant, so the reimbursement should be coming in a few
weeks.
The new brush truck (Brush 45) has been delivered and is
getting the equipment put on. The fire boat was pulled to do some
lower unit, hull maintenance and cleaning.
