property abutting the SW Townhomes and problems that might arise.

plat on Fell subdivision phase 2 but it has not been platted. The MOU has a
temporary turnaround because there is a hammerhead that has an extended road in
the future. Conditional use was granted in July. 4 plexes are not allowed, just
single family residences in hillside estates. Private roads can be 12%. 1100
feet of 12%. Will take the townhomes out of STR. Motion to approve under
conditions.
