Town of Garden City review Sept. 14th

 

1.   Present: Hansen, Menlove, Argyle, Leonhardt

2.   Approval of minutes

3.   Capsa Presentation-Domestic Awareness Month-Maddie Soto. CAPSA has 34 beds for those who are seeking help. There are anywhere up to 19 calls a day for help. Serves Cache, Rich and southern Idaho.

4.   Brad Davis commented on SW Townhouses looking at Ordinance 11C402. 15 existing waterways need to be listed on plats. The canal company has concerns about cutting the ditches. Pickleville Parkway needs a culvert.  Lana talked about her property abutting the SW Townhomes and problems that might arise.

5.   A. Shean Bjoralt new business-data gathering on topography and analytics. Drones need to be aware of privacy. Approved. 

BB. Jason Clark has Parrotdise Frozen Yogurt, on 220 W. 10 So. Moose Bunns has agreed to shared parking, use of bathroom facilities, and use of water. Motion approved. 

R   C. BW property management where the owner lives. Approved.

6.   STR , approved.

7.   Encumbrance on parcels in Buttercup for Stephanie Sears. Approved.

8.   Amend Subdivision Discussion/Approval at Longridge for lots 43-44 Connie Dunn. Approved.

9.   Subdivision Discussion/ preliminary plat on Fell subdivision phase 2 but it has not been platted. The MOU has a temporary turnaround because there is a hammerhead that has an extended road in the future. Conditional use was granted in July. 4 plexes are not allowed, just single family residences in hillside estates. Private roads can be 12%. 1100 feet of 12%. Will take the townhomes out of STR. Motion to approve under conditions.
