Previously had final approval. This plat is to widen the entrance and add 4 lots at the beginning of Osprey Heights Blvd.

3. Discussion – Preliminary Subdivision – Chatos Land Bear Lake

The applicant is proposing to subdivide a 7.8-acre parcel into 5 lots.

4. Discussion - Preliminary Subdivision Phase 2 – Sweetwater Resort

The applicant is proposing a subdivision with 64 single-family lots on approximately 20 acres. Phase 2 of the Sweetwater Townhomes subdivision.

With heavy hearts, we want to share that the traditional fireworks show that closes out Raspberry Days each year has been canceled due to the current fire concerns in our area.

We know this is a beloved part of the celebration, and we share in the disappointment of our community. However, the safety of our residents, visitors, and surrounding areas must always come first.

We are grateful for everyone’s understanding and support as we make this difficult decision. Raspberry Days will still be filled with the community, traditions, activities, and memories that make this event so special.
