The Rich County Sheriff’s Office is hiring a Corrections/Dispatch Officer.

This position has a 25 year retirement plan that includes a pension.

Once you are hired, the Rich County Sheriff’s Office will sponsor your attendance at the Utah Corrections Academy.

 In addition to your wages, you will be provided per diem for meals, a vehicle and housing while attending the Academy.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 19 years old
  • Valid driver’s license
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Benefits:

  • Starting wage $21.00 per hour. Increases to $22.00 at end of probation period and completion of POST.
  • 12 hour rotating shifts.
