The Garden City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on items 3-6 and then their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, January 3, 2024

 


The Garden City Planning Commission will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, immediately following their Public Hearing at 5:00 p.m. at the Garden City Lakeview Building, located at 69 N. Paradise Parkway, Building C. AGENDA 1. Roll Call 2. Approval of Minutes a. Public Hearing b. Regular Meeting 3. Discussion/Approval of food truck rezone located at 105 W. Logan Road. Barry Henline 4. Discussion/Approval of Waters' Edge PUD Phase 2 Preliminary Plat. This is at the location of the current Motor Lodge. Remove existing building and add 6 commercial lots and common areas for parking. Located at 50 S Bear Lake Blvd. Teri Eynon and Norm Mecham 5. Discussion/Approval of Sweetwater Townhomes Subdivision Final Plat. This is for 194 townhomes located near Pickleville Parkway and Sweetwater Parkway. Tyson Lund 6.
