Christmas Lighting Contest

Garden City is sponsoring a Christmas Lights Contest.  Santa's elves will drive around the city December 20 - 22 taking notes and judging winners.  So keep your homey Christmas nests all lit!  For more information call Andy Stokes at 435 946 3451.

Garden City Pool is Open

The Garden City pool has been opened for the winter on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5p.m. to 9 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.

There is a $3 charge for swimming in the beautiful pool!

Changes at Garden City First Ward

Troy Peterson  was called as Bishop of the Garden City First Ward, this last weekend.  He chose as his councilers Curtis Moldenhauer and Stuart Thopson.  Zack McKee will be the executive security and Jim Jensen, ward clerk with Darren Caldwell, assistant ward clerk. 

 

He replaces Howard Pope, who served over five years since the division of the Bear Lake Ward into the Garden City 1 and Garden City 2 wards.
