PUBLIC NOTICE & AGENDA

The Garden City Planning Commission will hold a regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at the Garden City Lakeview Building, located at 69 N. Paradise Parkway, Building C.

The applicant is proposing a subdivision with 64 single-family lots on approximately 20 acres. Phase 2 of the Sweetwater Townhomes subdivision.

 Kason Richins led North Summit (2-1) with three rushing touchdowns, helping them secure a 28-20 nonregion victory over Rich (2-1). Rich took an early lead with a 2-yard touchdown run by Wilkes Weston in the first quarter. However, North Summit responded in the second quarter, with touchdowns from Knox Woolstenhulme and two from Richins, to take a 14-7 lead. Richins added another score in the third quarter with a 33-yard run, extending the lead to 28-14. Rich's late 1-yard touchdown run by Weston in the fourth quarter wasn't enough to close the gap.
