Change in the Garden City 2nd Ward Bishopric for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Feb. 27, 2022

Gary Points was released as Bishop, Jordan Parry as 1st Counselor, and Joey Stocking as 2nd Counselor.

Sustained as Bishop was Greg Jolley, 1st Counselor is Michael Moldenhauer, and 2nd Counselor is Jared Hislop.

Obituary: LIsa Hoffman Cornford


 

On Friday, Feb. 18, Lisa Cornford, our dearest wife, mother, nana, daughter and sister, was called home to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ at the age of 55. She was in the presence of her loving husband and best friend, Brian Cornford.

Lisa Hoffman was born on Jan. 3, 1967, in Logan, Utah, the daughter of the late Richard W. Hoffman and Charmaine Hoffman of Randolph, Utah.

Lisa married Brian Cornford on Jan. 27, 1984, in Kemmerer. After several years in the Kemmerer/Randolph area, they moved their family to New Mexico in 1995.

Lisa is preceded in death by her father, Richard W. Hoffman; and her brother, Craig Hoffman.

Lisa is survived by her husband, Brian Cornford, of New Mexico; sons, Josh Cornford and Nickolas Cornford; daughter, Cheyenne Cornford; a brother, Kelly Hoffman; sister, Charlene McLean; her mother, Charmaine Hoffman; granddaughter, Codie Jane Cornford; and her mother- and father-in-law, William E. and Alice (Maxine) Cornford.

Funeral services were conducted at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 26, at the Randolph LDS Chapel, in Randolph, Utah. Interment at the Randolph Cemetery, Randolph, Utah.
