Garden City Planing & Zoning

 

 The Garden City Planning Commission will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, immediately following their Public Hearing at 5:00 p.m. at the Garden City Lakeview Building, located at 69 N. Paradise Parkway, Building C.

Bear Lake Special Service District

Bear Lake Special Service District Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday November 24th, 2025, at 4:00 pm, at Bear Lake Special Service District Office located at 147 W Logan Road, Garden City, Utah, to receive public comment regarding proposed updates to fees for mobile home parks, RV parks, and campgrounds.

The purpose of the hearing is to review proposed changes intended to make these fees more current, fair and consistent with rates charged to residential homeowners. The updates are designed to ensure equity among all property types and reflect current service and infrastructure costs within the District. All interested parties are invited to attend and provide input. Written comments may also be submitted to the Bear Lake Special Service District prior to the hearing at contact@bearlakessdut.gov or by mail at PO Box 220, Garden City, Utah 84028.
