Widening and
improvement of cemetery entrance
The Garden City
Cemetery District is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for the
widening and improvement of the cemetery entrance. The project will include removing existing
culverts, fence, gate and tree; traffic control during construction; installing
new culvert, gate, sod and sprinkler system.
Contractors
must be bonded and able to meet UDOT requirements. The project will begin ASAP and must be
completed prior to the end of 2015.
Contractors must provide a signed W-9 and proof of licensing and
insurance.
A
copy of the bid schedule and plans are attached to this bid, however to obtain

emailed to you.
Proposals
