Garden City Fire District, gives notice of its intent to update the current impact fee resolution R2018-04-01 for the Public Safety Facility.
This resolution will add mobile/RV parks which were not included in the 2018 analysis.
Garden City Fire District will hold a Public Meeting and Hearing on February 8, 2022 at 6:00 PM. The meeting and hearing will be held in the Fire Station located at 145 W. Logan Road, Garden City, UT 84028.
The purpose of the Public Meeting and Hearing is to explain why mobile
and RV parks are required to be included in the Impact Fee Resolution and to
receive comments regarding the adoption of this resolution. All interested persons will be given reasonable
opportunity to be heard.
Copies of the Impact Fee Facility Plan and Analysis, including a
Certification of the resolution will be available for public review beginning
January 15, 2022 at the Garden City Library.
