During the Public Hearing the updates for various ordinances was discussed i.e. measuring avg. heights on plots of land, PUD's & Prud's must be approved on final plats, storage and storage containers differentiating the time lines for use, and Beach Development heights.
The regular meeting discussed:
the architectural standards as applied to 564 W. Logan Road. They meet the glass part and are working to update more of the outside finishes. They will install asphalt in the required parking area by July.
returning the Water's Edge PUD back to Commercial, Norm Mecham has received the property not paid for and is working with John Curtis from the bank in charge of Water's Edge to provide some property for the condo's for the drainage requirements.
