Description/Agenda:

        Ordinance 2024-01 is an Ordinance amending Title 10 Zoning Regulation Chapter 9 Conditional Uses Section 2 Conditional Use Permit Required of the Laketown Municipal Code Providing for Repealer and Severability.  This ordinance addresses various clarity/correctness issues and ensures consistency and compliance with current State requirements regarding Conditional Use Permits.  Being necessary for the peace, health, and safety of the Town, Ordinance 2024-01 shall become effective upon publication of this summary.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 6, 2024, the Town Council of Laketown adopted Ordinance 2024-02   This ordinance addresses allows for all Laketown Fees to be in one Ordinance. Being necessary for the peace, health, and safety of the Town, Ordinance 2024-02 shall become effective upon publication of this summary.
