GARDEN CITY, Utah. February 21, 2013. George Peart reported that
there is not much building taking place in the City at the present time. He reported there were no building permits
issued during January. He, however, has
been helping with the sign ordinance.
Peart reported that the camp
ground to the north of the City is looking into putting park models into that
camping area. This would solve the
problem of seasonal employee housing.
With small units available there, any workers who needed housing could
probably rent those units for the time they were here in the City.
