Letter to Garden City Mayor John Spuhler.
We were able to secure funding for beach access and
quagga mussel prevention activities. We secured about $750,000. We are hoping to
address the $500,000 or so to plan for beach access and then dedicated $250 or more
for quagga mussel prevention.
Thanks for your excellent advocacy work. Bill Cox spent MANY hours at the capitol helping us. Senator Hillyard and Representative Brown
were key to making this happen, but you
asked!!
