American Legion Post 52 is forming a new "Sons of the American Legion" squadron
for Rich County. The squadron will consist of eligible sons of deceased
veterans who served honorably during any of the American Legion qualifying dates
for membership (WW2, Korea, Vietnam, Panama, Grenada, Lebanon, Persian Gulf, War
on Terror). Sons of current American Legion members are also eligible.
This
squadron is essential to keeping an American Legion presence in the Rich County
communities for many years to come; which includes continuing the military
honors we provide at the gravesite of fallen veterans.
