We found that Charles Floyd. Kennedy, Sergeant HHT, 1ST Squadron, 10TH CAVALRY, 4TH Infantry Division, USARV ,Army of the United Statesis buried  in the Garden City Cemetery near his parents Clyde Mills and Ilene Hanson Kennedy.

Through a FaceBook search of Garden City friends we found that Sue Lutz of Garden City was his sister and she has graciously sent a photo which has now been sent to Janna Hoehn at Never Forgotton.
