The Bear River Area Agency on Aging is conducting a survey about the needs of adults age 60 and older in Cache, Rich, and Box Elder counties. We would like to gather information about the types of services older adults and family caregivers feel are needed in our communities. We would like to get as many responses as possible from older adults, family caregivers, community members, and professionals to assist in our planning efforts. Feel free to forward this to any you feel would be interested in participating.
