RANDOLPH, Utah. July
5, 2017. Commissioners Norm Weston and
Bill Cox interviewed applicants for County Attorney. They appointed Ben Willoughby, the current
deputy assistant to the County Attorney, Gary Heward. Willoughby will fill out the term and run for
election in 2018. There were no
applicants from Rich County. Willoughby
has worked in Weber County and is a resident there. Commissioners said that he will make a
recommendation for a deputy attorney to work with him.
