Randall Knight presided - All board members present
Six citizens were in attendance and a good discussion was had concerning the proposed new impact fee that is to be charged on developments of mobile home and RV parks. Chairman Knight explained that it doesn’t affect existing units but is only for future developments. And, that it is a one-time charge, not a monthly fee. All of the board members participated and after a lively discussion, the guests all left and the board addressed the other items on the agenda with further talk on the wording of the impact fees.
Further updates to the employee handbook and procedure manuals were considered and voted on.
