10:00 North Eden Creek putting a culvert in.
10:50 Rezone from Agriculture to Commercial near new road in
Sweetwater area. Travis Hobbs will put up a building to store his equipment,
and mules. Rich County Planning has approved the change. Motion to rezone
passed.
11:00 Mitch Poulson’s recommendation to adopt a plat amendment
in sub divisions for combining plats. The lawyer, Ben Willoughby, and the
Planning Commission approved the change in section 12. Approved by
Commissioners.
11:10 Mitch Poulsen discussed the County General Plan which
was approved by the Rich County Planning Commission. Bill Cox reminded Mitch to
contact the Public Lands Policy Office for their input. Commissioners will
review the document. (The last General Plan was done in 1985 and was 6 pages
long).
11:15 Mitch & Kristy Bogard 2 miles north of Garden City
want to start a farm and sell eggs, etc. Approved for ? Need a CSA for clients
to come and park. Mostly they plan to set up a roadside sales somewhere as they
plan for the future. Their access is at Square H Ranch Road. Name of business
will be Mahogany Ridge Farm. Business license approved.
11:40 Minutes approved.
11:45 Kim Wilson for a Personal Property exemption. Passed.
11:50 Quarterly Report and expenditures signed under
