AGENDA 1. Roll Call 2. Approval of Minutes 3. Update and brief review of the General Plan, Quinn Dance 4. Discussion/Approval of Architectural Standards, Parking and Landscaping for The Ranch. This will be west of Bear Trapper. They will have 10- 16' x 32' 2-story cabins which will used as a motel. Bret England 5. Discussion/Approval of Architectural Standards, Parking and Landscaping for Family Dollar Tree located at 43 N. 395 W. (just south of the Bear Lake Monster Storage). Alexis Riggs 6.
