Minutes approved

PID Information discussed-Policy statement created. The Mayor would look at the PID application and the Council would then review the application. It will be the Council’s decision as to what will happen to the application. Every PID is different. The Council decided to meet and finalize the wording for the document and then present it in a city council meeting.

#5 Updating the Building Permit Plan to make clear the costs of the building inspector.

#6 Short term rentals approved for:

Mark Peterson, 574 Richland Valley Street (West of Mike’s Market) and Mason & Jennifer Allen, 929 N Harbor Village Dr.

#7 a. Library Board Appointments: Michelle Thompson & Carol Hirschi

b. Planning and zoning new member appointed: Amy Ward

c. Road planning report by Martel Menlove.

8. Council Member Reports:

   Mayor-Pool is back open.

    Ken Hansen-Library is doing well a few things had to be set up with the Librarians.
