10.	QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS FOR MAYOR AND COUNCIL: 
Any person wishing to comment on any item, not otherwise on the agenda, may address the town council at this point by addressing the mayor and town council and giving his or her name and address for the record. Comments should be limited to not more than three (3) minutes, unless additional time is authorized by the mayor. Citizen groups will be asked to appoint a spokesperson. This is the time and place for any person who wishes to comment on non-agenda items. Some items brought forward to the attention of the town council will be turned over to the clerk to provide a response outside of the town council meeting.

A.	Vic Arnold/excessive traffic on back road to rodeo arena
B.	Resolution 2025-11 Amending the Consolidated Fee schedule: Establishing a fee to be charged for requests for water meters to be logged on non-billing months 
C.	Discussion on Ordinance 2025-08 Amending the Consolidated Fee Schedule: Establishing a fee in lieu of dedication of required water shares/water rights.
D.	Snow Removal
a.	Action Item: Mayor Weston to check on snow removal equipment cost and to check with local contractors if they would be interested in removing snow on town streets
b.	Action Item: Jeff will investigate surplus snow removal equipment for the town and cost
E.	Action Item: Discussion - continuing a water line within city limits and the associated cost
F.	Action Item: Discussion - drilling wells within city limits/council members to present their concerns and justification
14.	COUNCIL BUSINESS: 
-	Water Updates - Delora Wight
o	Action Item: CM Wight - follow up with Dan on making sure water fountain water was turned off at Rodeo grounds
o	Action Item: CM Wight - will check on the cost of electronic meters and how many are needed

o	Action Item: CM Johnson to investigate tree trimming and spraying for bugs in the trees at the park

A copy was posted in conspicuous view inside and outside the Laketown Town Office in Laketown, Utah, and inside of the Laketown post office and at Dee's Service Station.
