GARDEN City, Utah. Garden City Council. Keri Pugmire suggested that Garden City should have a Recreational Director incorporating 4-H, arts/crafts, swimming instruction, life skills, and safety awareness. The program would also be responsible for organized team sports such as, baseball, soccer, tennis, etc. The Garden City Town Council agreed that this would be a good investment for the youth. Keri Pugmire was given a stipend of up to $500 to organize a recreation committee.
The Garden City Town Council discussed H.B.333S1, regarding launching restrictions on Bear Lake.
