Scott and DeennaTolentino, who have been doing the Cisco Disco for over 20 years, cleaned nearly 500 cisco, made buckets of beer dough for scones and fried pounds of french fries for nearly 100 people who lined up for seconds. Camp Chef has been a great partner to the Cisco Disco, this year they donated deep fryers which have recently been developed for camp cooking. Many other people helped with cooking and firemaking. Somehow a cup of hot chocolate around a campfire makes friendships happen. Sneaking an extra scone is fun too.
