GARDEN CITY, Utah. January 6, 2021. Chief Mike Wahlberg gave a construction update on the addition. Molding and interior doors are being installed. Backfill around the building is yet to be done by the city. The propane tank has been installed.
A discussion was had concerning the upcoming Winterfest and that the department will host the chili cookoff / contest as usual. They will also be present during the polar plunge.
The department received a $ 6,500 CARES act check for use in keeping the men safe from covid related challenges.
The board nominated Barbara Turnbow to be the treasurer in the absence of Laura Cluff.

Board member, Doug Pincock, has accepted a task of assembling a report covering all responses over the last four years to best understand how to use impact fees.
