The Utah State Board of Education has required our district to send out a survey to capture parent input. Please use the link below to take the survey (one survey per school where you have children attending). Data will be gathered anonymously to help increase the effectiveness of our schools for our children. Thank you for your time.
The state is also requiring we survey all students. The survey will be administered according to state protocols by classroom teachers. If you have any questions, please contact your building principal and/or return the opt-out form below.
