Roll call & Approval of Minutes
A welcome was given to Wes Thompson, the newest board
member, replacing Joey Stocking who retired his seat after serving several
years.
#3 Discussion for a Conditional Use Permit for the Bear Lake
Candy Company at Water’s Edge to set up a storage container for Fliz Drinks
until space becomes available in the existing building. The permit application
was denied as it was not on the original plat.
#4 Discussion of the Conditional Use Permit for Bear Lake
KOA to use their overflow parking on 300 West. Approval was denied as they do
not need a Conditional Use Permit on this property. They just have to complete
the required fencing.
#5 Discussion for Preliminary Phase 6 on Long Ridge.
Approved.
#6 Discussion for the final on Conestoga Phases 1 & 2.
Approved.
#7 Discussion for Re-zone application on the property
between the Garden City Pond and US 89 formerly Arlo Price’s Berry farm. The
application was denied as they do not need a rezone in this area to build
single family housing.
