February 9^th Garden City Town Notes

1.      Town Board members present: Pat Argyle, Jordan Parry, Martel Menlove, Ken Hansen and Mayor Mike Leonhardt.

2.      Minutes approved with minor corrections.

3.      Business license approved for HACQ Management and Home Services.

4.      PUD Amendment approved for Phase 1 at 2^nd North. This project is a mixed use with possible apartments on top of the businesses.

5.      Final for Phase 2 at Elk’s Ridge was approved after much discussion.

6.      A. PID Policy with the 8-10 % Mill levy for Water’s Edge is the lowest amount for the available bond market. Every PID is reviewed by the Lt. Governor. Interesting.

    B. A letter of intent for several PIDs was requested by Bear Lake Vista. The City decided to ask for separate letters of intent for each of the phases.

 (Our Town Council works very hard to manage the affairs of Garden City)
