Cream Wafers
Mix and chill:
2 C flour
1 C butter or margarine
1/3 C whipping cream
Hear oven to 375 degrees
Roll dough to 1/8 thickness
cut our with 1 1/2 inch rounds
dip both sides in white sugar
Bake for 7-9 minutes-do not brown
Cool the cookies then put together 2 of them with the following filling
3/4 C. powdered sugar
1/4 C margarine or butter
1 tsp vanilla
Beat until smooth and spread between cookies.
