maintain the open space. Roads may be
adjusted for less than 400 feet. There could be 4 plexes. Private roads can be
a 12% for short lengths. Do they need a CUP? Or a PRUD? There is 40 acres of open space. Approved, but
the preliminary plat will have the information.
