Still, no acceptable
housekeeping bids have been submitted. MJM has been awarded the contract to
pour the cement in front of the bay doors on the north and south sides.

Turnbow, stimulated a lively conversation about fire hydrants. This, because
many hydrants were buried this past winter. This brought up the question, who’s
responsible for them? Chief Mike Wahlberg stated that the fire department has
no jurisdiction. So, who’s responsible to check on them that they are ready for
use? The Water Department? City? One recommendation was that everyone
should be aware of the one closest to your house that they are readily
accessible. (clear snow, etc.)
