FROM THE WEBSITE https://www.bearlakemarinaexpansion.com/ *October 2023 Project Update* ​ The Utah Division of State Parks has filed a State Sovereign Lands General Permit with the Utah Division of Forestry, Fire, and State Lands for the marina expansion project. The Site Specific Plan has been published and can be viewed here.
