REGISTER NOW for the 2025 Utah Conference on Community Engagement,  happening on May 12-14 at USU Eastern in Price, Utah. This conference will bring together leaders and professionals from nonprofit, government, faith-based, and grassroots organizations, alongside higher education faculty, staff, and students, to strengthen the practice of community engagement in addressing social, environmental, and economic challenges across the state.

Thanks to our sponsors, a limited number of registration scholarships are available for students and community partners, with priority given to presenters. We can also provide partial or full registration credits for individuals willing to volunteer for a few hours during the conference. Request a scholarship here.


Community Partnership Fair


We are currently seeking exhibitors for our Community Partnership Fair on Wednesday, May 14 from 8:30 - 10:00 a.m. This event is designed to connect community-based organizations and other groups with professionals, educators, and institutions looking to establish meaningful collaborations. This event provides a unique platform for organizations to showcase their work, exchange ideas, and explore new partnership opportunities that drive impactful community engagement. 


The exhibitor booth application form is available here. Exhibitor space is limited and subject to availability. The application deadline is April 25.


UCCE Awards


To celebrate the impactful work of individuals dedicated to community well-being, the Utah Conference on Community Engagement will host an awards ceremony during our opening dinner and social on Monday, May 12 at 5:30 p.m. This year, we are proud to present two prestigious awards: Local Change Maker of the Year and Community Advocate of the Year. Sponsorship Opportunities


Sponsorship opportunities are still available at varying levels, ranging from $150 for student and community partner scholarships up to $4,000 as a platinum sponsor. More information can be found on the conference website.
