Please join the USU Transforming Communities Institute on Wednesday, April 16, from 12 to 1 p.m. via Zoom as MSW students lead a focused presentation and Q&A session with faculty researchers about a recent study examining community attitudes toward solutions for homelessness in Cache Valley. This session is designed for local decision-makers and people in positions who might create or carry out policies and programs that impact individuals experiencing homelessness or providers serving this population.
Participants will gain insights into public perceptions, barriers to support, and evidence-informed strategies to address homelessness in our community. The discussion will also offer recommendations for shaping policy, improving services, and fostering a compassionate and effective local response.
