        This notice applies to voters covered under the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA) who are eligible to vote in the upcoming election either by the ballot we sent or will send to you with a federal write-in absentee ballot (FWAB). https://www.fvap.gov/fwab-privacy-notice
Notice is given of a Municipal General Election in Laketown, Utah. All registered voters within the Laketown town boundaries will receive a ballot when a mayoral or council seat is up for election. The following offices will be voted on in the Town of Laketown 2025 Municipal General Election:
Mayor (4-year term)
2 Council Seats (4-year term)
1 Council Seat (2-year term)

Important Election Dates
June 2-6, 2025: Candidate Filing Period
August 12, 2025: Primary Election (if needed)
November 4, 2025: General Election Day
Under Utah Election Code 20A-16-401, a military or overseas voter may use the electronic transmission system or any other approved method to apply for a military-overseas ballot; the Election Official must receive the application before the election day.
Electronically transmitted ballots and instructions may be emailed from Enhanced Voting (enhancedballot.com). To be counted, the Election Official must receive all returned ballots no later than 8:00 PM on Election Day. Please allow sufficient time to request, receive, and return your ballot.
