Nikki Weston of Randolph named American NAtional CattleWomen President 2025-2026

DENVER, CO — The American National CattleWomen (ANCW) proudly announces Nikki Weston of Randolph, Utah, as its 2025–2026 National President. A passionate advocate for the cattle industry, youth education, and innovation in ranching, Weston brings decades of experience, leadership, and dedication to her new role.

Raised in the urban setting of Utah’s Wasatch Front, Weston’s ranching journey began when she married her high school sweetheart in 1994. Since then, she has embraced the agricultural lifestyle, raising five children and three grandchildren on their family’s Black Angus cross cow-calf operation, Winecup Cattle Co., which spans Northern Utah and Southeastern Idaho.

Weston has a long history of leadership within the industry. She is the immediate past ANCW Region VI Director, past President of the Utah CattleWomen, and currently serves on the Utah Beef Council. She also co-founded and served as President of West Sky Technology, LLC, a company dedicated to equipping ranchers with tools to improve herd management and enhance the sustainability of ranching as a way of life.

“Nikki represents the very best of the American cattlewoman—deeply rooted in family, forward-thinking in business, and unwavering in her commitment to the future of agriculture,” said ANCW Executive Director, Brandee Mills. “We’re thrilled to welcome her leadership during such a pivotal time in our industry.”

Weston’s first introduction to ANCW came during a Region VI meeting in St. George, Utah, where she immediately connected with the passion for agriculture and the strong sense of sisterhood among its members. She joined Utah CattleWomen shortly thereafter and helped establish the Utah Beef Ambassador Program, which continues to engage and educate youth on the importance of the beef industry.

“As ANCW President, I’m honored to serve the women and families who work tirelessly to sustain and strengthen American agriculture,” said Weston. “Our mission to empower the next generation of ranchers is more important than ever, and I look forward to working alongside our members to ensure a vibrant future for the cattle industry by #buildingcattlewomen.”
