PUBLIC HEARING

The Garden City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 1st, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. at the Garden City Lakeview Building located at 69 N. Paradise Parkway, Building C.

1.      Roll Call

2.      Discussion to rezone parcel #36-04-000-0077 from Residential Estates to C3. Located at 2320 Kimball Ln. Nick Wilcox and Teri Eynon.

3.      Discussion for a conditional use permit at parcel #36-04-000-0077. Located at 2320 Kimball Ln. Applicant is proposing a storage facility. Nick Wilcox and Teri Eynon

4.      Discussion to rezone parcel #36-04-000-0058 from Residential Estates to C3. Located at 2300 Kimball Ln. (Bear Lake RV). Eric John

5.      Ordinance Discussion:

a.      Ordinance #25-03 – An Ordinance Amending the Condominium Ordinance

b.      Ordinance #25-12 – An Ordinance Amending the Dark Sky Ordinance

c.      Ordinance #25-13 – An Ordinance Amending the Commercial Zone Ordinance
