Laketown Planning and Zoning

 

Notice is hereby given that the Laketown Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on proposed lot sizes within Laketown City limits.

The public hearing will be held on July 29 at 7:00pm at the Laketown Town Office, 10 N. 200 E., Laketown, UT 84038.

The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the following proposed ordinances and may take action on this item:

1.  Lot sizes – Laketown Planning and Zoning is proposing an ordinance to allow different size residential lots within Laketown City limits.

The Commission will receive public comment on this item and may forward a recommendation to the Laketown Town Council.

All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and provide comments. Written comments may also be submitted to the Town prior to the hearing.

A copy of the proposed ordinances may be reviewed at the Laketown Town Office during regular business hours.

                                       iv.    Motion/Second/Vote to close the Public Hearing

                                        v.    Additional Planning Commission discussion (if needed)

                                       vi.    Motion/Second/Vote to either:

1.    Recommend approval to the Town Council; OR

2.    Recommend approval to the Town Council with modifications; OR

3.    Recommend denial to the Town Council with reasons therefore.
