Regular meeting was called to order and roll call was taken
Wes Thompson was sworn in as newest Commission Member.
Minutes were discussed and fixed.
#4. Discussion/Approval of Conditional Use permit for Dean
Miller to use a container for kitchen/office until his building is finished and
will be taken out during the winter. Motion denied.
#5 Discussion/Approval of final for Long Ridge, Phase 6 Jeff
Jorgensen 11E L If you have an adjacent property then you need to use it. It is
used mostly as a retention pond. It is not a common area. Needs to be
non-buildable lot A. Is the family willing to allow a trail across the lot.
Motion approved with line 8 being changed.
#6 Discussion/Approval of Preliminary for Park Place, a
proposed 26 acre, gated, Planned Residential Unit Development located west of
the Garden City, Heritage Pond. New map plan presented. Motion denied as they
needed a new plan.
#7 Discussion/Approval blue Vista’s Phase 1 residential
Townhomes, clubhouse, and hotel.
