THE FOLLOWING POSITION
DISTRICT MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
The selected individual will be
responsible for the maintenance of all buildings and grounds in the
district. The maintenance supervisor
works under a 12-month term of employment and is eligible for benefits.
Preference will be given to
individuals that can demonstrate skills in the following areas: sprinkler systems,
construction, electrical, heating and cooling systems, snow removal, grounds
maintenance, building security etc.
The individual selected will be
expected to supervise part-time summer employees, oversee bids from outside
contractors, supervise contractors, and make sure that all buildings and
grounds are properly maintained.
Pre-employment drug testing may be
required and if awarded the position, the individual must submit to a
background check.
