We are off to a GREAT start for the water year in the Upper Bear Basin. The outer most line on the SWE graph above is for 2011 and the water level in Bear Lake came up 11 FEET with the runoff. The lines look close but in 2011 we had about 15% more SWE in 2011 than we do this yea at this time. Can we repeat 2011 again? Stay tuned.
