corner so can add a building when he gets a building permit.
Osprey
Heights will be back in July for 1st phase of 33 lots approval.
Osprey Heights is located ½ block south and west of Snow Meadows.
Ironhorse development
by Brett England will have 10-32’ X 16’ 2 story individual motel structures. It
is located directly west of Bear Trapper. They are waiting for the UDOT permit.
Sweetwater
Townhomes located on Sweetwater Road has 30 acres that they would like to build
195 multi-family units. The P&Z asked that they get a wetland delineation
for the next meeting.
3 ordinances were reviewed to send on to City Council.
Open meeting workshop was held.
