A Rebel Yell to Paige Smith (Sr) and Lyda Taylor (Jr) who competed at the Skyhawk First Flight high track meet at Maple Mountain High School in Spanish Fork today - Lyda qualified for the Utah state meet and finished in the top 10 in both the 800 and 1600 meters - Paige ran the 110 hurdles for the first time and qualified for state and finished in the top 10 - she also qualified in the 800 and 3200 meters. She was one of three athletes to clear 5 feet in the high jump that also qualifies her for the state meet - off to a great start for 2026- go Rebels!
