Dinosaur Dig Summer Library Party

GARDEN CITY, Utah – A great time was had by all who attended the Garden City Library ‘Dig Into Reading’ summer party.  Sixty children ranging in ages from preschool to 10 attended the event.  Most of the children in attendance were from Garden City, but some came from as far away as California and Wisconsin!  The children were treated to dinosaur crafts, lunch, a fossil dig, and a tremendous dinosaur presentation by Kathy Robertson of Salt Lake City.    Cathie Rasmussen, Library Director, hosted the event.  Thanks to the many volunteers who helped make this a truly spectacular party!
